Dogville has been providing small scale day care since May, 2003. The
dogs of Dogville are cared for with love, but more
importantly, they're
respected and understood for what they are... Canines, an amazing
species with fascinating behavior and
amazing communication techniques.
It's a laid back environment where your dog is allowed to interact, play and socialize with his/her fellow canines.
He/she does not have to be a tamed, sedate beast; many Dogville
attendees learn/polish basic manners. We work on using
our inside
voices, respecting our elders, tidiness by making routine trips into the
yard and impulse control by not barreling
through doorways.
Because claws or teeth can too easily become entangled in collars during play, Dogville dogs play au natural.
Please be sure to take any training, choke, pinch/prong or martingale/limited slip, collar of your dog when he is to play with friends.
Dogville is located next door to Hawthorne Animal Health Care, so in the
event of a medical emergency, Dog forbid,
necessary care will be
immediately given.
