Here's the pricing schedule. Essentially the more often the dog comes, the less per day it costs:

Weekly Woofer: 1 day per week: $26 additional dog from household: $20

Regular Rover: 2 days per week: $24/day                                          additional dog from household: $20

Frequent Fido: 3 days per week: $22/day                                        additional dog from household: $18

Constant Canine: 4 days per week: $20/day                                                                                    additional dog from household: $18

Daily Dog: 5 days per week: $18/day                                                                additional dog from household: $16

Riding Rover: Crated trip home in Dogville van (available on limited basis): $6

Day Care Packages:

Pup Pack: Advanced purchase of 10 visits for use at any interval: $220      additional dog from household:$180

Casual Canine: You pick up pooch before 1 PM or drop off after 1 PM: $16                                          additional dog from household: $14

Puny Pup Pack: Advanced purchase of 10 Casual Canine visits: $140                                                additional dog from household: $120

An appointment is only required for your dog's first visit, after that, drop in any time you like. Below is the necessary paperwork for your perusal/completion.

1.*I understand that I am responsible for any harm caused by my dog while my dog is attending Dogville Dog Day Care, LLC. I shall indemnify Dogville against any claims made against the corporation or losses or damages of any kind suffered by Dogville as a result of my failure to inform Dogville of any pre-existing condition the dog may have, such as illness or aggression problems. I understand and agree that in admitting my dog to Dogville the facility has relied on my representation that my dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog.

2.*I understand and agree that Dogville will not be liable for problems, damage, or injury caused by my dog provided reasonable care and precautions are followed by day care staff. I release Dogville of any liability arising from my dog’s attendance and participation at the day care. I understand that the day care is a place where animals co-mingle. I understand that when dogs play in groups nicks and scratches may occur. Day care staff may or may not notify me immediately. If the injury is not serious staff may feel it is ok to leave the dog till the end of the day and let me know about it when I pick up. If the injury is serious I will be notified immediately.

3.*I understand and agree that any problem or injury that develops with my dog will be treated as deemed best by Dogville.

4.*I understand that if my dog is left at the day care for a period of three days without contact from the owner this dog will be considered abandoned and necessary steps will be taken to turn the animal over to the proper authorities.

5. *I recognize that there are inherent risks of illness or injury when dealing with animals. Such risks include, but are not limited to, injuries attributed to rough play and viruses like canine cough.

6. *I, as the owner, agree to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior or my pet while in the care of Dogville. If my pet should become ill or seem to be in need of medical consideration, Dogville reserves the right to administer aid and/or to use any available veterinarian. I, the owner, shall pay any expenses so incurred.
